This
year's annual Taste of Long Island event was held to benefit The Safe Center LI, which is
the home of the Nassau County Coalition Against Domestic Violence and the Coalition Against Child Abuse and Neglect.
Both coalitions are steadfastly dedicated to serving and protecting the victims of abuse.
With
such a good cause involved and more than 40 of Long Island's top restaurants, caterers, wineries, breweries, and
bakeries contributing an array of delectable offerings, it is easy to see why this event
attracts such a huge crowd.
