What has become a tradition steeped in elegance, the Fifth Annual Chef’s Night Out, which is organized by the Syosset Chamber Of Commerce, was held at the wonderful Fox Hollow in Woodbury. The year also marked the 15th Annual Installation Dinner for the Syosset Chamber. It was an enchanted evening replete with charm and captivating culinary creations.  Many of Long Island's best restaurants and beverage establishments offered samplings of their finest fare and drinks.

Attendees also had the opportunity to meet the Chefs and other people responsible for crafting some of their most loved dishes from their favorite local restaurants. Some of the best vintages and specialty brews from many parts of the world were also available for sampling from various wine and beer tables.

A Chinese Auction was help during this fabulous evening, with prizes including a Nike Fuel Band and an iPad Mini. As with the previous installments, the Fifth Annual Chef's Night Out was a great success.
