Chef's Secrets Black & White Affair

Chef's Secrets 10 was a chic "Black & White Affair" with attendees dressed in their finest black and white attire. Hosted by the Long Island Network of Community Services, Inc. (LINCS) and held at the de Seversky Mansion, all proceeds went towards individuals and their families affected by HIV/AIDS and other chronic illnesses. For its tenth consecutive year, this event continues to not only be a wonderful food and wine tasting but also a great opportunity to celebrate and support this worthy cause.

Dr. Gail Barouh, President & CEO of LINCS says about the event, "The restaurants and wineries who have participated have been really generous and supportive year after year. " Guests were treated to 12 different culinary artists preparing their exquisite selection of delicious dishes.

    

After satisfying their palates with an assortment of culinary delights, patrons listened eagerly for the winners of the 50/50 raffle and the Chinese auction & Lottery Tree.

    

The continued success of this event, is no secret. Chef's Secrets as always is an amazing chance for chefs to showcase their most prized cuisine while also raising money to help the Long Island Association for Aids Care, Inc. (LIAAC) a community devoted to supporting people affected by HIV/AIDS and other diseases.
