Chef’s
Secrets 5 took place on Sunday, November 15, 2009 at the de Seversky Center located at
NYIT’s Old Westbury Campus. This event was produced by the Long Island Network of
Community Services to benefit the Long Island Association for Aids Care and BiasHELP.
The
evening began with hors d’oeuvres and cocktails and ended with the Master of Ceremonies,
conducted by morning co-anchor, Elizabeth Hashagen, of News 12 Long Island.

Participating
top chefs prepared samples of their most delightful, award winning dishes for guests to
enjoy, while sharing their prized secrets to creating fine cuisine. Guests
also had the opportunity to participate in 50/50 Raffles, and Chinese and Silent auctions.
This event was once again a great success for two great causes. Participating
