Chef's Secrets is a wine and food tasting event boasting some of the most sensational culinary dishes and beverages anyone could ever encounter. With 8 prior successful events, Chef's Secrets 9, held on Sunday, November 3, at the de Seversky Center, had the bar set high. It did not disappoint. This elegant evening of remarkable tastings is not only a celebration to benefit BiasHELP and the Long Island Association for Aids Care, but also to honor their achievements.

Guests were treated to an array of delicious culinary creations crafted by some of the most renowned chefs on Long Island. Attendees were also given the opportunity to participate in 50/50 Raffles, Chinese and Silent auctions, and the unknown allure of the Mystery Boxes.

Participating top chefs prepared samples of their most delightful, award winning dishes for guests to enjoy, while sharing their prized secrets to creating their fine cuisine.
