On Saturday, November 19th, Ferrari-Maserati of Long Island and their exclusive caterer Andrea Correale of Elegant Affairs joined forces with one of New York City’s most exclusive restaurants, Le Cirque, for An Evening of Culinary Bliss. Representing Le Cirque was 2-star Michelin Chef Craig Hopson (below left) and director Marco Maccioni (below right). 

   

Chef Hopson was on hand preparing his specialty dishes for guests to enjoy throughout the evening including lobster and mushroom risotto, veal osso buco and specialty canapés. The evening also featured passed hors d’oeuvres, a fabulous selection of fine wines provided by Anthony Fiamma and Vinofiamma.com, delicious libations from STAR Vodka by Charles Ferri and a selection of Dalmore single highland malt whiskey’s.

Ferrari-Maserati of Long Island was the ideal place to host the event as it not only provided a beautiful setting, but also allowed attendees to view some of the world’s most luxurious, new and pre-owned Ferrari’s, Maserati’s and various other exotic cars. There was also music from DJ Aly D and a silent auction for guests to take part in.

   

All of the proceeds generated from the event were donated to Long Island Cares, The Harry Chapin Food Bank. It was truly an evening to remember with divine food and good entertainment – all for a great cause!
