27th Annual Evening Of Wine
Under The Stars
Dr. Daniel W. Kissam House
Thursday September 7th, 2017

Beneath a tent filled with beautiful glowing stars, the Huntington Historical Society presented its 27th Annual Evening of Wine Under the Stars. This year's momentous event took place at Dr. Daniel W. Kissam's House where attendees were encouraged to sample the fine cuisine and libations offered by the restaurants, bakeries, breweries and wineries of the area.

The restaurants in attendance included the Kerber's Farm, Imperial Meat Company, Christopher's, Mr. Sausage, Fado, Jonathan's Ristorante and Chocolate Works.

This was truly a night where the community came together to support the Huntington Historical Society's education and public programs, community festivals, museums and exhibits and the research library and archives. The Huntington Historical Society has spent over 100 years protecting more than 350 years of Huntington's history.

The delightful evening to drew to a sweet conclusion honoring Mark McAteer of the Laurel Group Fine Landscaping for their contributions to preserving and enhancing Huntington's built environment and his long-time support of the Society. With its 27th consecutive year of success, An Evening of Wine Under the Stars continues to shine and show the historic side of Huntington that deserves to be recognized.
