The
18th Annual Great Chefs of Long Island event was held on Sunday, December 6th
2009 at the elegant Crest Hollow Country Club. Family Service League holds this charitable
event each year to raise money for their comprehensive not-for-profit human service
agency. The Family Service League has been responding to the needs of individuals and
families for roughly 85 years and their 46 programs provide support and direct assistance
to more than 47,000 people annually.
Guests
were treated to the inspired talents behind Long Island’s premier dining establishments
and vineyards for a Sunday afternoon filled with incredible signature dishes, exotic
specialties, delightful desserts and fine wines. Listed
