We
experienced “An Enchanted Evening Of Cocktails & Tasting” to benefit Hooves For
Hope on November 20, 2008 in the mansion on the Sands Point Preserve called Hempstead
House.
About
ten companies donated food and beverage tastings for this charity event.
But what made this event enchanting was the mansion where it took place.
The
charity Hooves For Hope, is an equine program serving children with autism was established
by the Sonny Garguilo Riding Center for Kids. It is strongly committed to enriching the
lives of children with autism through equine-assisted activities. They provide a
professional team of caring and well-trained individuals working together to help these
children benefit from the magical relationship between humans and horses.
