The second annual Long Island Hospitality Ball to benefit the American Cancer Society was held on Monday, June 18th at the beautiful Crest Hollow County Club in Woodbury. This wonderful event brought together colleagues, family and friends for a night of cancer awareness filled with wonderful food, wine and entertainment. Tony Greco, Steve Haweeli and Larry Romer were honored on this night for their exceptional accomplishments and achievements.

 

More than 2,000 guests were in attendance along with roughly 200 sponsors consisting of the region's finest restaurants, wine and spirits, entertainers, nightclubs, hotels and catering halls, some of which are pictured below.

Still at the heart of this fabulous event is Keith Hart, best known for his eponymous marketing agency on New York's nightlife and entertainment scene. His personal battle with thyroid cancer motivated him to go public with his mission and rally the industry to join the fight against cancer.

More than $220,000 was raised at this charitable event for the American Cancer Society. In fact, this event surpassed the inaugural event, held last March at Carlyle On The Green, as it raised $50,000 more than last year.
