The March of Dimes hosted their yearly event "Signature Chefs" where attendees experienced a culinary journey around the world. This extravaganza was held at the impeccable Carlyle on the Green in Farmingdale. The March of Dimes is a charity organization whose motto is, "Working together for stronger healthier babies." The proceeds of this event are to ensure that babies have a fighting chance to grow up to be healthy individuals.

All were invited to try the delicious cuisine and libations from over 20 various restaurants, wineries, and bakeries handing out appealing samples of their best. Rob Burmeister, Willie Degel, and Chef Luca Manfé were the Celebrity judges that made an appearance that evening. As guests were served, the entertainment began to ensue.

First up, were the girls representing Ireland who did an amazing rendition of the Irish jig. This was followed by the calmer music from Japan where everyone's eyes were fixated by graceful movements. Next was the group dancing for India with exotic flowing dresses and light steps. Last but certainly not least, were the couples moving to the rhythmic salsa and would have made any country in Latin America proud.

Signature Chefs is an exciting and worthwhile event that combines celebrating the talent of skilled chefs while also funding an organization devoted to helping babies stay healthy.
