On Monday October 24th, The March of Dimes hosted their annual "Signature Chefs" event where attendees experienced a culinary journey around the world. The food sampling extravaganza that pays tribute to the culinary excellence of local chefs, caterers, restaurants, wineries, breweries and bakeries was held at the impeccable Carlyle on the Green in Farmingdale.

    

All were invited to sample the delicious culinary cuisine and libations from over 20 various vendors and chefs as well as the opportunity to participate in a live auction that helped to fund The March of Dimes organization.

    

Signature Chefs is an exciting annual event that once again raised generous support for The March of Dimes charity organization whose mission is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.
