UCPN is very grateful to all the participating food and spirits establishments and to the
event sponsors for making this evening so enjoyable.
The Chairpeople of the event, Joe Mandaro and Kathy Wilson, along with their dedicated
committee were successful in organizing an evening of fun, food and entertainment that
everyone enjoyed.
Distinguished
judges for the competition will include members of the American Culinary Federation of
Long Island.
