Chef’s Secrets 7 took place on Sunday, November 13, 2011 at the de Seversky Center located at NYIT’s Old Westbury Campus. This elegant wine and food tasting celebration  was held to honor the achievements of BiasHELP and to benefit the Long Island Association For Aids Care.

Guests were treated to an array of delicious culinary creations and fantastic live entertainment from The Long Island Gay Men's Chorus. There was also an opportunity to participate in 50/50 Raffles, Chinese and Silent auctions and a Door Prize Drawing.

Participating top chefs prepared samples of their most delightful, award winning dishes for guests to enjoy, while sharing their prized secrets to creating fine cuisine.  This event was once again a great success benefiting two great causes. Participating establishments included:
