A Night On The Town In Mineola
The Jericho Terrace
Thursday, January 15, 2009

The Fifth Annual "A Night on the Town in Mineola," hosted by St. Aidan and Corpus Christi Parish Schools, took place at The Jericho Terrace on Thursday, January 15, 2009.  This event is an annual favorite that’s jam packed with food, dancing, and fun.  Not only was the evening fun for participants it was also for a worthy cause with proceeds benefiting both schools.

The event kicked off with music by Ed de Corsia's, New York's Most Dangerous Big Band. The evening rolled on with DJ Joey B’s (the man of a thousand voices) entertainment.  As people made their way through two gorgeous ballrooms filled with stunning table displays ranging from family owned bakeries to well known restaurants.  You could smell the chefs' specialties being cooked up for this extravagant evening.

La Bussola (above left) brought some of their rich and delicious desserts.
Piccolo's of Mineola (above right) prepared their famous and delectable
hand made ravioli.

Frantoni's Pizza and Restaurant of Williston Park (above left) brought some Italian favorites such as Eggplant Rollatini, Rigatoni A La Vodka and savory Rice Balls. Memories Pub (above right) also of Williston Park always provide a generous sampling of cocktails to the event.

The night proved to be a success bringing everyone together at the scenic Jericho Terrace for a good cause and worldly culinary experiences.
