Annual Taste & Toast The Town
|
The 9th Annual Taste & Toast The Town was held at the elegant Chateau Briand on Wednesday, September 12th. This event was held to benefit The United States Cerebral Palsy Association of Nassau County (UCPN). The UCPN is known as one of the nation's pre-eminent non-profit health care agencies and serves individuals with cerebral palsy as well as those challenged by a variety of other disabilities.
Guests were treated to an array of culinary delights offered by wonderful restaurants and beverage and dessert establishments in a tropically themed atmosphere. The foods, wines and desserts were judged and critiqued by members of the American Culinary Federation of Long Island and awards were presented to the best of the best this evening. There was also live musical entertainment from the Andrew Phillips Caribbean Band and jazz guitarist, Matt Marshak. Pictured below are a number of generous establishments, who along with all the evenings supporters, made this a night to remember.
