           Brews, Blues & Barbeque Bobbique
delivers an authentic, meaty St. Louis style rib that has you wanting more with
every bite. Prepared onsite within one of the largest barbeque pits in New York,
Chef Eric Rifkin offers up ample portions of ribs, pulled pork, beef brisket,
chicken and more.  But to say that this is just another barbeque joint would be a gross
          understatement.
 Bobbique
is unique – in addition to its solid barbeque menu that includes many southern
favorites, Bobbique also provides one of the largest selection (more than 130
choices) of artisanal brews that will definitely complement whatever you are
eating. And as if that was not enough, Bobbique presents, without a cover
charge, live Blues every Wednesday through Saturday evening starting around 8pm.
The food, music and energy of this place should not be missed.
 Please
don’t be fooled by the modest price, these St. Louis style ribs (below left)
provide delicious, smoky, meaty mouthfuls that are sure to please even the
          heartiest appetite.
 The
pulled pork sandwich (above right) could easily rival anything found in Memphis,
Tenn -barbecue’s Mecca. Piping hot, juicy, sweet and succulent pieces of lean
pork over a fresh baked roll … just like Mama would make.
 Their
full favored, seriously smokey, smoked sausage (above left) are as addictive to
your appetite as the homemade sweet potato fries (above right) dipped in
Bobbique’s special savory maple sauce. Other specialties include Collard
Greens, Chili, Southern Style Baked Beans (below left) and our personal favorite
Fried Pickle Chips (below right). These chips are a “must” that will blow
you away and turbo charge your hunger.
 Last
but not least are the stick to your ribs, leave your diet at home deserts.
All are good, but I suggest if you have room for desert you try the
Lincoln Logs, a deep fried French toast treat that is perfectly drizzled with a
          raspberry sauce to die for.
In summary, this is the type of restaurant that you’ll feel at home licking your fingers since you would hate to waste the sauce on a napkin. Bobbique provides great food and music in a very comfortable relaxed atmosphere that sets the standard for down home goodness.
